The home base of the festival was Hotel Schaepkens of St. Fyt in Valkenburg. Outside the workshop packages in the Euregio, here the remainder of the program took place, and here you could book rooms with half-pension.

- Three persons room: 161 euro per person
- Four persons room: 151 euro per person
